about
I'm Rosalynn Mutheardy, a Toronto-based creative who specialises in all things audio production. My passion for the arts goes back to my childhood, which was ripe with music classes, theatre, and performance (and a determination to become a rockstar). Coming into Toronto Metropolitan University’s Media Production program, I had found an unexpected love in sound design, pushing me to pivot and hone my craft in audio production for film.
In partnering with fellow creatives at TMU, I have been able to see projects through from beginning to end, overseeing their production and post-production audio needs. These experiences allowed me to familiarize myself with the many facets of audio production for film, including (but not limited to) on-set recording, sound design, music editing, ADR recording and editing, and foley. I have developed a great passion for creating immersive soundscapes that help films come alive and connect with their audience.
Outside of work, you can find me playing video games, haunting rock concerts downtown, trying local restaurants, cross-stitching, or travelling.
